A rosé wine obtained by blending four red varieties, Cabernet Sauvignon, Fetească Neagră, Blaufrankisch, Pinot Noir. Lively, crisp, young with a nose of red fruits and wildflowers that are also found in the taste. Aromas of cherries, raspberries, strawberries and grapefruit finish in an elegant citrus finish.

Elegant, velvety wine with intense aromas of black fruits, especially black currants, and slightly spicy notes of red pepper on the finish. Wine of a brilliant ruby red colour. Elegant and fine aromas of cherries and wild cherries. Fine tannins with a very good evolution during maturation in oak and glass barrels. Due to its high Resveratrol content it prevents cardiovascular diseases. Macerated for 14 days and fermented at 230C, matured in 5000 l oak barrels.

Blaufrankisch or Burgund Mare is a variety quite rare in the Romanian vineyards, but present for a long time in Minis. It was the variety that replaced Cadarca during the communist period, being a much easier variety to work and with great vigour. At Minis the wine obtained from this variety is dark, intensely fruity with a very pleasant floral character. On the palate Blaufrankisch is slightly rustic, with 'rough' tannins, supported by the elegant acidity of the wine, which becomes pleasantly velvety and balanced when matured in the bottle. Wine obtained by spontaneous fermentation, matured in 500 l oak barrels.

An elegant dry wine with a ruby colour, a fine and characteristic aroma of freshly mown grass and field flowers. On the palate it is balanced, pleasantly velvety, round but well structured, requiring maturation in oak barrels for 2 years, 8-12 months in bottle. The basic component of high quality cuppas.

Mustoasa de Măderat is an old local variety, unique in the Minis-Măderat wine region, hence its name. Due to its subtle aromas it has been used as a base wine for sparkling wines, respectively for light white wines or in coupage. Fermented at a controlled temperature of 12-140C with natural yeasts Mustoasa retains its characteristic aroma of vine blossom, apples and pears. It is a light, easy-drinking white wine with floral aromas, white fruits and a hint of ginger. A balanced wine with elegant, smooth flavours with a citrus aftertaste.

Originally from the Târnavelor valley, it is a very widespread variety in the wine-growing regions of the Carpathian basin.Vinified reductively the wine has retained its floral and primary fruit characters. The wine has a greenish-yellow colour with golden hues, the aroma is semi-opaque with floral and garden fruit aromas with vegetal nuances. The palate is rich, full, silky with mineral notes in the aftertaste.

The Sauvignon Blanc variety was present in the Minis region before phylloxera. Fermented at a low temperature in stainless steel tanks, it displays the grassy, fresh hay and peppery aromas typical of the Sauvignon Blanc variety accompanied by light notes of elderflower. Crisp, vibrant palate with sweet, tropical fruit supported by pronounced but balanced acidity.

Cadarca, our flagship variety in the rosé version, for the first time in the history of our winery, 2019 being the first harvest year when we opted to vinify our rosé from only one variety.A pleasant, easy-drinking rosé with subtle aromas of red fruits, strawberry, cherry, raspberry flavours, and a pleasant spicy aftertaste, specific to the Cadarcă variety.

The specific aromas of apples, ripe pears, white flowers, especially honeysuckle, with slight citrus notes are also found in the taste of the wine accompanied by a taste of butter and exotic fruits. It is a full-bodied, ample wine with elegant acidity and a persistent and balanced aftertaste. It is recommended to be served with white meat dishes with slightly spicy sauces, or pasta.

A refreshing 'frizzante' wine based on aromatic white varieties and the vineyard's famous white variety, Mustoasa de Măderat. A fresh wine with notes of white fruit and apple blossom accentuated by the wine's fine effervescence. Very fine added carbon dioxide and acidity bring out the fruitiness and freshness of this crisp wine, perfect for any time of day.

Lightly effervescent wine with delicate raspberry and berry flavours that are also found in the taste and aftertaste of the wine. The effervescence and fruitiness of the wine gives us a lively wine for any occasion. Obtained by blending Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, Fetească Neagră and Blaufrankisch varieties with the fine addition of carbon dioxide.

A successful coupage of the 2 most important red varieties from the Minis vineyard. An intensely coloured red wine with a sustained aroma of large stone fruits, rich in tannins, with a long aftertaste and a velvety taste. This blend combines the excellent structure of Cabernet Sauvignon with the finesse yet robustness of Cabernet Franc. We suggest serving it with cheese at 15-160C.

wine white dry ⋅ Stonewines

It is the only white wine we produce, from the Stonewine range. The variety is sensitive to drought, which is why it is difficult to tolerate rocky soils, resulting in low production but with outstanding qualities. Fermented and matured for 8-9 months in 500 litre barrels, we produce wines with a fine aroma of white-fleshed fruit: peach, quince, pear. On the palate, in addition to the mineral character, the wine has a fine sustained acidity and typical pleasant bitterness in the aftertaste. It evolves positively during bottle ageing, with slow esterification processes giving the wine a specific ageing bouquet.

A variety with a special potential in the Miniș vineyard. The wine was obtained from plantations at a high altitude, on a skeletal, rocky soil with a low yield per barrel. The nose is typical, with a spice aroma, with a pleasant red color. On the palate, the wine is full of light tannins, with an overripe fruit character, pleasantly acidic and long aftertaste.

A red wine from the hills of Păuliș that exceeds in quality the potential of the variety. This ruby red wine has subtle aromas of ripe plums and golden plums with slightly herbaceous notes. It is an elegant wine with intense black fruit flavours and fine tannins balanced with vibrant acidity. Long, complex aftertaste of fruit and spice and bitter chocolate. Matured two years 20% in new barriques, 80% in barriques at third use.

It is the wine that best exploits the terroir potential of the Minis vineyard. The grapes harvested in the second half of October from the Covăsânțului hill are very rigorously selected both during harvesting and processing. The wine is robust, well-structured, almost 'black in colour', with intense aromas of ripe black fruit, lightly spiced. It has a pronounced taste of black fruits with ripe tannins, well-structured acidity with an aftertaste of sweet spices. It is a young wine with great ageing potential. Maturation in barrels 2 years: 60% in barriques at third use, 20% in new barriques, respectively 2 years in bottle.

This wine is a very brave assemblage of two wines with different characters, but which complement each other. Intensely coloured, with aromas of sweet and dried fruit specific to the Feteasca Neagră variety from the stony plantations of Păuliș complemented by the spicy flavours of Cabernet Franc and the vanilla and sweet spice flavours from maturing the wine for two years in 225 litre barrels. A harmonious, full-bodied wine with ageing potential. Blending takes place about 2-3 months before bottling after prior barrel ageing.

Sparkling wine made by the traditional method of deferment in bottles, from the white variety with an old tradition in the Miniș vineyard, Mustoasa de Măderat. A sparkling wine with a fine and long-lasting perlage, with a fresh aroma and a fine taste, characteristic of the base wine. An elegant sparkling wine for special events and more.

A fresh brut rosé with notes of red berries, strawberry, raspberry with a delicate mousse and lingering red fruit aftertaste.

wine red dry ⋅ Limited edition

A 'Grand Selection' wine made only in good years. The grapes are harvested at full ripeness and carefully selected, and are processed separately by the traditional method of fermentation on the barrel for 18-21 days with natural yeasts, followed by maturation of the wine in 225 l barrels for two years. Aradinum is a coupage obtained from the rigorous selection of the most 'beautiful' barrels in which the elegance and fruitiness of Cabernet Franc and the characteristic structure of Cabernet Sauvignon complement each other, the perfect balance being achieved by seasoning the blend with Cadarcă. A full-bodied but velvety wine that bears both the imprint of the varieties and the pronounced character of the terroir.

Cuvée David is a special blend, from an exceptional harvest year that followed three years of aging in small barrels, the most beautiful of them being selected twice in those three years. It is a red blend of our favorite varieties, Fetească Neagră 40%, Cabernet Franc 40% and Cadarcă 20%, which come from the tops of the slopes in Păuliș. A complex wine with aging potential. It is a limited edition of 2800 bottles, which combines all the characteristics of the terroir of Miniș and our experience of twenty years in one bottle. Anniversary Edition!

wine red sweet ⋅ Limited edition

A special wine, obtained from the Cadarcă variety harvested after the raisining of the berries and after the appearance of noble rot on the raisined berries. This wine can only be obtained in very favorable years (3-4 times in ten years).

After processing the resulting wine has a content of approx. It is matured for 1 year in 500 l barrels and 6 months in bottle. It is a dessert-type wine with notes of bitter chocolate, typical overripe fruit, with fine tannins, velvety, round and pleasantly balanced. It is the rival of the renowned Aszu wines from the Tokay vineyards - the northern part of Hungary.
