A successful coupage of the 2 most important red varieties from the Minis vineyard. An intensely coloured red wine with a sustained aroma of large stone fruits, rich in tannins, with a long aftertaste and a velvety taste. This blend combines the excellent structure of Cabernet Sauvignon with the finesse yet robustness of Cabernet Franc. We suggest serving it with cheese at 15-160C.

A special wine, obtained from the Cadarcă variety harvested after the raisining of the berries and after the appearance of noble rot on the raisined berries. This wine can only be obtained in very favorable years (3-4 times in ten years).
After processing the resulting wine has a content of approx. It is matured for 1 year in 500 l barrels and 6 months in bottle. It is a dessert-type wine with notes of bitter chocolate, typical overripe fruit, with fine tannins, velvety, round and pleasantly balanced. It is the rival of the renowned Aszu wines from the Tokay vineyards - the northern part of Hungary.
