Wine Tourism

The story of Balla Géza Winery began 25 years ago in a wine-growing region called Miniș-Măderat with a history of hundreds of years. This beautiful story we present to our visitors accompanied with a selection of wines. If you want to spend more time in this wonderful area we offer accommodation in our guesthouse.

  • 4. Grilled pork neck, chicken thighs, and mititei (traditional Romanian sausages) with mashed potatoes and pickles: 13 EUR/pers

  • 6. Platter with pork meat roasts (neck, ribs, sausages) with rustic potatoes and pickles (min 3 people): 14 EUR/pers
  • 7. Traditional beef stew with dumplings and pickles: 17 EUR/pers
  • 8. Tenderloin with green pepper sauce and mashed potatoes: 14 EUR/pers
  • 9. Whole baked pork knuckle with potatoes and pickles: 20 EUR/pers
  • 10. Oven-baked duck leg with mashed potatoes and sautéed cabbage: 17 EUR/pers
  • 11. Venison goulash (red deer, wild boar) with traditional dumplings and pickles: 28 EUR/pers
  • 12. Roast suckling pig (approx. 15 persons) with potatoes and pickles: 390 EUR

Children's menu:

  • 1. Crispy chicken breast with fries and ketchup: 6 EUR/pers

Prices include VAT

For groups of at least 8 people we present our vineyard, the history of the vineyard, the company and our wines.

The wines are presented in Romanian, Hungarian and English.

We can provide accommodation for our guests in our own guesthouse. You can choose between rooms with 2, 3 or 4 beds.

Our prices valid from 1 January 2024 until 31 December 2024 are as follows.

  • single room: 44 EUR/room/night
  • room with 2 single beds or double bed: 68 EUR/room/night
  • room with 3 beds: 93 EUR/room/night
  • family room for 4 persons, 2 bedrooms with separate entrance: 124 EUR/room/night

Price includes breakfast and VAT
